Delivery and returns: Saudi Arabia

Delivery destinations

We deliver to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Riyadh and Jeddah: 2 business days; other main cities: 2-3 business days. Other areas may take 3-5 business days. No delivery attempts are made on Fridays.

Delivery fees

Delivery costs SAR 47 for orders up to SAR 152, and SAR 41 for orders from SAR 153 to SAR 290. Delivery is free on orders from SAR 291.

Currency

All prices and delivery fees are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and are paid at checkout.

Order limit

Orders above SAR 960 cannot be placed in one go. Please split your order.

Payment methods

Pay online at checkout by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or in instalments with Tabby or Tamara. Cash on delivery is not available.

Taxes

Orders are paid in full at checkout, with nothing to pay at the door. The price you see is the price you pay — no tax is added at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges are free within 365 days of delivery — choose a full refund or an exchange. Submit your request through account.cicabelle.com. After receiving the request, our team sends you a free return label to download and print. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Product availability

Some products are not available for delivery to Saudi Arabia or Kuwait and are not shown in the Saudi or Kuwait store.
