Delivery and returns: Kuwait

Delivery destinations

We deliver to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days in main cities. Other areas may take 3-5 business days. No delivery attempts are made on Fridays.

Delivery fees

Delivery costs KWD 5.033 for orders under KWD 18.681. Delivery is free on orders from KWD 18.681.

Currency

Delivery fees are shown in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD) for convenience; the exact amount is shown at checkout.

Order limit

Orders above KWD 85.214 cannot be placed in one go. Please split your order.

Payment methods

Pay online at checkout by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or in instalments with Tabby or Tamara. Cash on delivery is not available.

Taxes

Orders are paid in full at checkout, with nothing to pay at the door. No VAT is added in Kuwait.

Returns and refunds

Returns are free within 365 days of delivery, with a full refund. Submit your request through account.cicabelle.com. After receiving the request, our team will confirm the best way to return the item or arrange a refund.

Product availability

Some products are not available for delivery to Saudi Arabia or Kuwait and are not shown in the Saudi or Kuwait store.
