Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method. You get a full refund within 7 days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered — we'll arrange a free pickup and a prompt replacement or full refund, with no fees; just add a photo when you request the return. Changed your mind entirely? If your order hasn't shipped, cancel it within 10 hours of placing it under Order History → Cancel order — and after that, the 365-day return window still has you covered.
