How we source and handle products
Our authorised sourcing covers brands including La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, COSRX, Beauty of Joseon and K18. We never purchase from marketplaces, parallel importers, clearance aggregators or grey-market wholesalers.
- Genuine formulas: the product in the box is what the brand manufactured, at the concentrations stated on the label.
- Valid expiry dates: stock arrives fresh from the distributor.
- Proper storage: our stock is stored and handled correctly from factory to your door.
Every product we ship carries the manufacturer's batch code and expiry. Contact us to ask for sourcing details for any product we stock.
How to check your product
- Batch code: locate the manufacturer's batch code. Look for a verification option on the brand's official website; many brands offer code verification there.
- Seal: inspect any seal for damage or signs of opening. Photograph anything that looks unusual and contact us before opening the product.
- Expiry and PAO: read the printed expiry and any period-after-opening (PAO) information. Follow the product's instructions, and ask us about unclear or missing markings.
- Packaging: check print quality, spelling and fonts, and compare the packaging with the brand's official product images. Send us photographs if anything looks different.
Use these checks to identify questions to raise with us; do not treat a visual check alone as proof of authenticity.
