CeraVe Acne Control Face Wash is formulated with 2% salicylic acid to clear acne and reduce blackheads. Purifying clay helps improve the appearance of pores. Formulated with Oil-Absorbing Technology, in a refreshing gel-to-foam texture, this acne treatment cleanses skin and targets pores, helping prevent new acne breakouts while maintaining the protective skin barrier with 3 essential ceramides. Key Ingredients: •2% salicylic acid (SA) is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA), an effective exfoliator that helps remove dead skin cells and sebum, reduce blackheads and the appearance of pores, and treats and prevents new acne breakouts. This chemical exfoliant feels less harsh than physical ones like face scrubs. •Hectorite clay helps absorb oil, and helps skin look less shiny •Three essential ceramides (1, 3, 6 II) help restore the skin’s natural barrier •Niacinamide helps calm skin How to Use: •Cleanse skin morning and night •After cleansing apply CeraVe Acne Control Gel all over the face for targeted acne treatment •Finish with your favorite CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion. As this product can increase skin’s sun sensitivity, also use CeraVe Face Moisturizer with Sunscreen SPF 30. Brand Story: Whether you need products for your sensitive, oily, acne-prone, combination or normal skin, need a soothing moisturizer for your baby, have specific skin concerns, like eczema or psoriasis, or just want a hydrating serum or anti-aging cream, CeraVe can help. The CeraVe story began in 2005 after experts noticed that many skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis and dry skin all had one thing in common: a compromised skin barrier. Developed with dermatologists, CeraVe offers a complete line of skincare products that contain three essential ceramides enhanced with a revolutionary delivery system to help restore the skin’s natural protective barrier.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait is free on every order and takes 2–3 days.

How do I track my order?

Track any delivery, any time, on our Track My Order page using your order number and phone — or from Order History in your account. You'll see a live ETA, like "arriving today".

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

Our courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts, and any attempted delivery shows on your tracking screen — please keep your phone reachable. Undeliverable orders are returned to our warehouse. Need a hand or want to reschedule? Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 259 4291 or email info@cicabelle.com.

What is the return policy?

You have 365 days from delivery to return eligible items — with no restocking fees, whether you changed your mind or the item was faulty. Eligible items are in their original, sealed, or only lightly-tried condition with original packaging; for hygiene reasons, heavily-used products may not qualify. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

How do I return an item?

The fastest way is through your account — no emails or waiting:

  • Log in and go to Order History.
  • Tap "Return / refund" and choose your item(s) — the refund amount is calculated automatically.
  • Tell us the reason (add photos if it arrived damaged), submit, and track every step under Returns & Cancellations with your Case ID.

Prefer to talk? Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 259 4291.

When will I get my refund?

Card, Tabby and Tamara orders are refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, and card refunds may take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.

What about damaged, wrong or unwanted orders?

Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered — we'll arrange a free pickup and a prompt replacement or full refund, with no fees; just add a photo when you request the return. Changed your mind entirely? If your order hasn't shipped, cancel it within 10 hours of placing it under Order History → Cancel order — and after that, the 365-day return window still has you covered.
