Eligible items are in their original, sealed, or only lightly-tried condition with original packaging; for hygiene reasons, heavily-used products may not qualify. • Tell us the reason (add photos if it arrived damaged), submit, and track every step under Returns & Cancellations with your Case ID.

Card, Tabby and Tamara orders are refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, and card refunds may take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered — we'll arrange a free pickup and a prompt replacement or full refund, with no fees; just add a photo when you request the return. Changed your mind entirely? If your order hasn't shipped, cancel it within 10 hours of placing it under Order History → Cancel order — and after that, the 365-day return window still has you covered.
