How do I track my order?
Track any delivery, any time, on our Track My Order page using your order number and phone — or from Order History in your account. You'll see a live ETA, like "arriving today".
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Our courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts, and any attempted delivery shows on your tracking screen — please keep your phone reachable. Undeliverable orders are returned to our warehouse. Need a hand or want to reschedule? Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 259 4291 or email info@cicabelle.com.
What is the return policy?
You have 365 days from delivery to return eligible items — with no restocking fees, whether you changed your mind or the item was faulty. Eligible items are in their original, sealed, or only lightly-tried condition with original packaging; for hygiene reasons, heavily-used products may not qualify. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I return an item?
The fastest way is through your account — no emails or waiting:
- Log in and go to Order History.
- Tap "Return / refund" and choose your item(s) — the refund amount is calculated automatically.
- Tell us the reason (add photos if it arrived damaged), submit, and track every step under Returns & Cancellations with your Case ID.
Prefer to talk? Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 259 4291.
When will I get my refund?
Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, and card refunds may take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.
What about damaged, wrong or unwanted orders?
Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered — we'll arrange a free pickup and a prompt replacement or full refund, with no fees; just add a photo when you request the return. Changed your mind entirely? If your order hasn't shipped, cancel it within 10 hours of placing it under Order History → Cancel order — and after that, the 365-day return window still has you covered.
