Good to know
- Your points never expire. Collect at your own pace — there's no deadline and no inactivity clock.
- Vouchers don't expire either. Once you've claimed one it stays in your account until you use it.
- Points are earned on the product value of your order, not on delivery charges.
- New points show as pending until your order is confirmed, then they're yours to spend.
- Each voucher is used once, applied to a single order at checkout.
- Cancelled or returned orders have their points removed, since the purchase didn't complete.

How do I join?
Create a Cicabelle account and you're enrolled automatically — your 150 welcome points land straight away. It's free, and it takes about thirty seconds.
Where do I see my balance?
Sign in and open your account. Your approved and pending points are both shown there, along with everything you've earned so far.
How do I use my points?
Choose the voucher you want from the list above and claim it with your points. You'll get a code to enter at checkout — points can't be applied directly to a basket without claiming a voucher first.
What do pending points mean?
Points from a purchase sit as pending until the order is confirmed and past its return window. It protects everyone: if an order is cancelled or sent back, those points are simply removed rather than already spent.
Is there a limit on how many I can earn?
None at all on purchases. The welcome bonus is one per account, and browsing points are capped at one visit per week — but there's no ceiling on what you collect by shopping.
Can I leave the programme?
Yes. Contact us and we'll unenrol you. Do note that any points on your account are lost when you leave, and start again from zero if you rejoin later.
