Return & Refund Policy

At Cicabelle, we want you to love everything you order. If something isn’t right, returning it is simple — and you can do it all yourself, online, in a couple of minutes.

Our promise

  • 365-day returns — return eligible items within 365 days of delivery.
  • No restocking fees — whether you changed your mind or the item was faulty.
  • Full refunds to your original payment method (or bank transfer for Cash-on-Delivery orders).

What can be returned

Items in their original, sealed, or only lightly-tried condition with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, heavily-used or damaged-by-use products may not be eligible. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered — see below.

How to request a return or refund

The fastest way is through your Cicabelle account — no emails or waiting required:

  1. Log in to your account at account.cicabelle.com using your email.
  2. Go to Order History and find your order.
  3. Tap “Return / refund” and choose the item(s) and quantity — the refund amount is calculated automatically.
  4. Tell us the reason and add a short note (and photos/links if it arrived damaged).
  5. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, add your bank details — these are encrypted and used only for your refund.
  6. Submit. You’ll get a Case ID and can track every step under Returns & Cancellations.

What happens next

  1. We review your request (status: Pending).
  2. Pickup arranged — once approved, our courier collects the item (or we share drop-off details).
  3. Refund issued — after we receive and check the item, your refund is processed and a receipt is attached to your account.

Refund method & timing

  • Card, Tabby or Tamara orders — refunded to your original payment method.
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders — refunded by secure bank transfer (per UAE regulations).
  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Card refunds may take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.

Need to cancel instead?

If your order hasn’t shipped, cancel it within 10 hours of placing it — go to Order History → Cancel order. After approval, any loyalty points are reversed and (for prepaid orders) your refund is issued automatically.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

We’re sorry! Request a return as above (choose “Item damaged / defective” or “Wrong item received”) and add a photo if you can. We’ll arrange a free pickup and a prompt replacement or full refund — no fees.

Tracking your delivery or return

Track a delivery any time at cicabelle.com/pages/track-order (order number + phone), and track returns under Returns & Cancellations in your account.

Still need help?

If a return is open more than 10 days without an update, you can escalate it from your account or message us — we’ll prioritise it.

Cicabelle reserves the right to update this policy at any time; changes take effect when posted here.
