Delivery & Shipping
Where does Cicabelle deliver in the UAE?
We deliver across all seven emirates — Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Dubai offers 4-Hour Express, same-day and next-day; other emirates offer same-day and/or next-day depending on your area. Check your zone on our delivery zones map.
Do you offer same-day or 4-hour delivery in Dubai?
Yes. In Dubai you can choose 4-Hour Express delivery (AED 35), same-day, or free next-day delivery — depending on your zone and order time.
Is delivery free?
Standard next-day delivery and Cash on Delivery are free across the UAE. 4-Hour Express delivery in Dubai is AED 35.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Saturday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays. Order before the daily cut-off for same-day and 4-hour delivery.
Do you ship internationally or to the GCC?
Yes. Cicabelle ships across the GCC (Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia) and to international destinations.
How do I track my order?
Track any order at cicabelle.com/pages/track-order with your order number + phone, or from Order History in your account — with a live ETA such as “arriving today.”
Payments
What payment methods does Cicabelle accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Tabby and Tamara (buy now, pay later), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE at no extra charge.
Are payments on Cicabelle secure?
Yes. All online payments use secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways, and full card details are never stored.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Return eligible items within 365 days of delivery, with no restocking fees. Items should be in original, sealed or lightly-tried condition. See our Return Policy.
How do I return an item or request a refund?
Log in at account.cicabelle.com → Order History → “Return / refund” → choose items → submit. Track it under “Returns & Cancellations,” or WhatsApp us.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Card, Tabby and Tamara orders are refunded to the original method; Cash-on-Delivery orders by secure bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 10 hours of placing it, from Order History → “Cancel order,” as long as it hasn’t shipped.
Products & Authenticity
Are Cicabelle products 100% authentic and original?
Yes. Every product is 100% genuine, sourced from authorised suppliers and brand distributors. Authenticity certificates are available on request.
Which brands does Cicabelle carry?
Leading skincare, suncare and beauty brands including La Roche-Posay, Avène, ISDIN, Dr. Jart+ and Huda Beauty, among others.
Any precautions before using serums or hair oils?
Do a small patch test on your inner arm before first use, and consult a dermatologist if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
Account & Glow Rewards
What is Glow Rewards?
Glow Rewards is our free loyalty programme — earn points on every purchase and on actions like reviews and referrals, then redeem them for discounts.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in at account.cicabelle.com, open “Rewards,” and redeem points for a discount code (e.g. AED 5 off for 500 points) at checkout.
Do I need an account to shop?
No — you can check out as a guest. A free account lets you track orders, manage returns, save a wishlist and earn Glow Rewards.
