We deliver fast, right across the UAE — from 4-hour express in Dubai to same-day and next-day across the Emirates.

Order cut-off times

Order before 〔CUT-OFF TIME, e.g. 2:00 PM〕 to qualify for same-day and 4-hour delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a non-working day, are delivered in the next available slot.

Shipping fees

Working days

We deliver Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Payment

Pay online (card, Tabby or Tamara) or choose Cash on Delivery.

Tracking your order

Track any delivery any time at cicabelle.com/pages/track-order using your order number + phone, or from Order History in your account — including a live ETA (e.g. “arriving today”).

Delivery attempts

Our courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If a delivery is attempted but not completed, you’ll see it on your tracking screen — please keep your phone reachable, or message us to reschedule. Undeliverable orders are returned to our warehouse.

GCC & International
