Cicabelle.com offers efficient and free delivery options to our customers. Below are the delivery methods, estimated timelines, and costs associated with shipping to various locations:

Home and Business Delivery:
For home or business deliveries within the UAE, enjoy our swift 24-hour delivery service. For other GCC countries, your orders will arrive within 2-3 business days. International customers can expect their items in 5-7 business days, with no additional shipping fees applied.
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 (three) delivery attempts to the address provided. It's crucial that the delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate to facilitate successful delivery. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside the specified delivery regions.
In the event delivery attempts are unsuccessful, orders will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders that are cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically once the items are returned to our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days from this date for the refund to appear on your statement due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Return Window: Our return policy is customer-friendly, offering you the flexibility to return products 365 days from the delivery date.
Extended Return Window: For purchases made between July 1 and December 31, 2023, we are pleased to extend the return window until December 31, 2024.
Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail.
Item Condition: We accept returns for beauty items that are new, slightly used, or with a broken seal, ensuring they align with our return criteria.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Reasons and Fees:
- For returns due to buyer's remorse or defective items, no fee will be charged.
Please Note: This policy is applicable to all products sold in the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise stated in the product data.
How to Return Your Item:
- Prepare your beauty item ensuring it is in its original condition, slightly used, or with a broken seal. Retain all original packaging.
- Contact our customer support at info@cicabelle.com for return initiation. We will issue a return label and provide detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely, including the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
- Attach the return label on the package and drop it off at the designated location.
Refunds:
After we receive your item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refunded amount should reflect in your account within 5-10 business days, subject to your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you desire.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order includes damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at info@cicabelle.com. We will send a prepaid return label and replace the product as quickly as possible.
Policy Amendments:
Cicabelle.com reserves the right to amend this Free Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our policy page.
