Welcome to Cicabelle. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cicabelle.com and your purchases from us. By browsing or ordering, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. About us

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Your account
You can shop as a guest or create a free account at account.cicabelle.com to track orders, manage returns, save a wishlist and earn Glow Rewards. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or used fraudulently.
4. Products, authenticity & information
All products sold by Cicabelle are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised suppliers; authenticity certificates are available on request. We try to show colours and images accurately, but actual products may vary slightly. Product descriptions and content are for general information and may contain errors, which we may correct at any time.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and offers may change without notice. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Tabby and Tamara (buy now, pay later), and Cash on Delivery. We may limit quantities, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including where a pricing or product error has occurred — and to refund you in that case.
6. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email/SMS acknowledges receipt; a contract is formed once we accept and dispatch your order. We may decline an order for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
7. Shipping & delivery
Delivery options, areas, timings and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellations, returns & refunds
You may cancel within 10 hours of placing an order (if not yet shipped) and return eligible items within 365 days, as described in our Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days — to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash-on-Delivery orders. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer law.
9. Glow Rewards
Glow Rewards is our optional loyalty programme. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be earned and redeemed only as described in the programme. We may change, pause or end the programme, or adjust earning/redemption rates and point validity, at any time. Points obtained through error, abuse or fraud may be voided.
10. Promotions & discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, can’t be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
11. Skincare & product use
Our content is for general information only and is not medical advice. Before using serums, actives or hair oils, we recommend a patch test and, if you have sensitive, reactive or allergy-prone skin, consulting a dermatologist. Always follow product instructions. To the extent permitted by law, Cicabelle is not liable for reactions resulting from misuse or from a condition we could not reasonably have known about.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Cicabelle or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others’ rights, to introduce malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers’ data.
14. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive details such as bank information provided for COD refunds are encrypted and used only to process your refund.
15. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and services are provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Cicabelle’s liability is limited to the value of the relevant order; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time; changes take effect when posted on this page. Please check back periodically.
