How We Choose Products

Every Cicabelle guide is written to answer a real shopper question honestly, using only products we stock and sell as authentic. These are the standards behind our guides.

How we select products

Each guide starts with a clear question and explains why each product fits it, using the brand's own published product information. We only recommend authentic products that Cicabelle stocks, and we check availability before publishing and at every update. We never describe a product as personally tested unless that testing is documented.

How we check prices

Before publishing and at every update, we check every quoted price against the Cicabelle product page. Prices are shown in AED, the currency displayed in all three countries we serve: the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. If a price can't be confirmed, we leave it out.

Qualified review for health-related guides

Guides on health-related topics, such as pregnancy-safe skincare or skin conditions, are published only after review by a qualified pharmacist or dermatologist, whose name and credentials appear on the guide. Our guides offer general information, not a diagnosis; please see a doctor for a personal health concern.

How we keep guides up to date

We review every guide at least every three months, and sooner when product information, availability, prices or store policies change, or when an error is reported. Each guide shows when it was last updated.

Report a correction

Email info@cicabelle.com with the guide link, the wording you believe is incorrect and any supporting information. We check every report and correct confirmed errors.
