Return Window: 365 days from the delivery date.

Return Window Extension: For purchases made between Jul 1 to Dec 31, 2023, the return window is extended until Dec 31, 2024.

Return Method: By mail.

Item Condition: We accept returns for beauty items that are new, slightly used, or have a broken seal, provided they meet our return criteria.

Restocking Fee: No fee.

Return Reason and Fees:

  • Remorse: No fee.
  • Defective: No fee.

Note: This policy applies to all of our products in the United Arab Emirates that don’t have a return policy label in our product data.

How to Return:

  • Ensure the beauty item you are returning is either in its original condition, slightly used, or with a broken seal. All items should have their original packaging intact.
  • Contact our customer service team at info@cicabelle.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • Securely pack the beauty item(s) you are returning and include the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
  • Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated return location.

Refunds: Upon receiving your returned beauty item(s) and after a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. Depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery, refunds will be initiated to your bank accounts only, this is in respect to the UAE laws.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for beauty items. If you wish to exchange a product, kindly return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect beauty product, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at info@cicabelle.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure you receive the correct or undamaged product promptly.

Changes to the Return Policy: Cicabelle.com reserves the right to modify this Free Return Policy at any given time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
