Card, Tabby and Tamara orders are refunded to your original payment method; Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by secure bank transfer — your bank details are encrypted and used only for your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, and card refunds may take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered — we'll arrange a free pickup and a prompt replacement or full refund, with no fees; just add a photo when you request the return.
