Eligible items are in their original, sealed, or only lightly-tried condition with original packaging; for hygiene reasons, heavily-used products may not qualify. • Log in and go to Order History.
• Tap "Return / refund" and choose your item(s) — the refund amount is calculated automatically.
• Tell us the reason (add photos if it arrived damaged), submit, and track every step under Returns & Cancellations with your Case ID.

Card, Tabby and Tamara orders are refunded to your original payment method; Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by secure bank transfer — your bank details are encrypted and used only for your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval, and card refunds may take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered — we'll arrange a free pickup and a prompt replacement or full refund, with no fees; just add a photo when you request the return. Changed your mind entirely? If your order hasn't shipped, cancel it within 10 hours of placing it under Order History → Cancel order — and after that, the 365-day return window still has you covered.
